*Job Title:* Analyst – Compliance Communication
*Location:* Northbrook, IL
*Duration: *6 Months


*PRIMARY NEEDS – *They have identified a number of deliverables that need
executed. Have been working with Corp Communication team, but they don’t
have the bandwidth to further develop or deliver the Communication plan
that has been created.
Need the pharma compliance perspective to shepard the compliance
communications through the process. Ie...Memos and Senior Leader Messages
SECOND TO THAT –
Develop video scripts (30 – 45 seconds)
Drafting the script based on the message they want delivered
Our client has a number of new policies that need communicated related to:
Contract labor
New mission and vision for the compliance department
General statements around the importance of compliance
Compliance will also be stepping up monitoring activity, so they need
someone to socialize the initiative.
The assignment could potentially go beyond six months. The work is there.
They do not have an agency for the work today, but could in the future.
Our client would like someone to hit the ground running. As such, he
understands the bill rate will be higher than he originally budgeted.
Length: ~ 6 month assignment reporting to Client Manager in Commercial
Compliance (Joe was previously in Marketing Ops). Critical skill set is
someone who is focused and diligent.
Scope:
•We need an individual to execute Compliance Communications plan
•Someone to support drafting , editing, and delivering communications,
PowerPoints, emails, memos, etc.
Pharmaceutical experience preferred
Deliverables include:
•Senior leader video script (1-2 minutes)
•Develop communications plan
•Senior leader memos/emails
•Develop/enhance PowerPoints

DEGREE: Preferred but not required. If your candidate does not have one,
please call it out in the submittal so that I can proactively disclose this
information.
