The successful candidate will be a self-starter, and requires a person who
is detail oriented. Candidate must be able to work both independently and
as a team member to produce on time results to meet all project deadlines.

*Skills and Experience Needed:*
Ø Experience with facilitating Data Modeling Sessions and gathering data
requirements
Ø Experience creating conceptual, logical and physical data models using
the Allfusion Gen or Erwin toolset
Ø Experience creating physical database schemas by generating Data
Definition Language (DDL) using one of the modeling tools
Ø Experience designing and scheduling database implementation tasks
Ø knowledge & experience with the Advantage Gen data modeling toolset
Ø Senior Data Analyst/Data Architect skillset

*Desired Experience:*
Ø 5+ years experience in creating conceptual, logical and physical data
models
Ø 3+ years of the experience above using the Allfusion Gen or Erwin toolset

*Additional Knowledge/Experience Advantageous to this placement:*
Ø Knowledge of Ohio Workers’ Compensation system of establishing rates and
setting reserves
Ø Knowledge of Ohio Workers’ Compensation system of creating/processing
payments
Ø Knowledge of BWC’s policies, standards, and procedures for creating
database designs.
Ø Expert/mentor in the Enterprise Architecture Methodology
Ø Expert knowledge of the Payment system data model and other data models.
Ø Expert knowledge of the departmental application used to managed and
track database changes.
