WSI has a need for a strong BSA to take the next steps of the Customer Care Design solutions project. The BSA will need to take the next steps of the development life cycle and put together an integration test strategy plan an integration testing scenario with the Customer Care Center application. BSA should have experience with integration testing and next phases. Person will be supporting testing and leading user acceptance testing applications that integrate with Sterling order management application and interfaces with foundational database solutions which they are implementing. This is a TIPCO master data application which holds the items foundational information. Person will be developing other systems ..services for payments credit cards, star value cards etc. Need strong BSA to move forward with next steps in the development systems – Customer Care Center user interface (CCI) s the order capture for catalog orders. *Retail experience is a MUST.* *Order management and sterling commerce experience is ideal, but it is NOT NECESSARY. * *Required Skills/Experience:* - *Retail experience* - Be able to put together integration test plans - Requirements and solution designs and take those artifacts and create the integration test plans - Work with developers - Experience working with the Business Users and assorted teams. - Great collaboration and communication skills - Must have strong Analytical troubleshooting skills, be able to debug. Core competency BSA Skills are necessary.
