Requires 10 + years of experience. - Perform system level and board level thermal analysis, and select/design heat sinks. - Proficient in geometry tolerance (GD&T), and familiar with DFX [assembly (DFA), manufacturing (DFM), …) - Need to familiar with tolerance stack up analysis. - Must have recent experience with Creo 2, minimum of 5,000 hours. - Sheet metal experience is a must, and other such as Heat sink extrusion, plastic is secondary. - Direct electronic packaging experience is preferred. Minimum 7 years’ experience. - Requirement: BSME with 10+ years related experience. Preferred MSME or equivalent.
