Job Description:* - Oracle Access Management 11gR1/R2 - Oracle Identity Management 11gR1/R2 - ODSEE / OVD / OEM work experience is a plus - Experience in working on Unix, Linux, Solaris platforms with basic scripting skills - Knowledge of OIM and OAM prerequisite software, Oracle DB, LDAP, WebLogic App Server, etc. - Knowledge of federated identity and web services security concepts such as SAML - Should have a high level understanding of Security Solutions/Security Operational environments (tools and processes) - Experience in standard operating procedures to perform IAM pre and post production support activities - Reviewing changes in the production environments and coordinating with key stakeholders from IT, business operation teams and/or third party Vendors - Should have comprehensive knowledge of concepts of Incident, Change & Problem Management and experience of working on ticketing tools - Experience in troubleshooting and documenting issues, gaps, and resolutions - Understanding of service level agreements and prioritization of Incidents/enhancements *5.
