Excellent comm skills.* *Process – Telephonic Interview* *EAD,GC-EAD, GC, USC ONLY* *Position Summary* The Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Developer is responsible for the design, development, testing, and deployment of data extraction, transformation, and loading processes utilizing the Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) tool. *Duties and Responsibilities: * · Create Architecture and Integration Design documents for data extraction, transformation, and loading integrations · Develop ODI interfaces utilizing technologies such as Oracle, File, and JMS to move data from a source system to a target system · Request the creation of the necessary ODI Topology to enable the integration · Create test plans and execute unit/component, integrated, and end-to-end testing · Manage source code utilizing SubVersion · Document and resolve defects *Skills, Knowledge and Abilities * · 10+ years of Software and/or System Integration development · *5+ years of experience with Oracle Data Integrator 11.1 and above. Preferably, experience with ODI 12c* · High level of understanding of *ETL/ELT development concepts and patterns* · Development of *ODI Interfaces, Procedures, Packages, and Scenarios utilizing technologies such as Oracle, File, and JMS* · Expertise in the set up and configuration of ODI Topology objects · Expertise in the use of the different types of ODI Knowledge Modules · Experience developing file transfer processes utilizing FTP and SFPT protocols and encryption and utilizing an enterprise-caliber managed file transfer tool · Well versed in the use of SubVersion for source code management · Excellent oral and written communication skills. · High degree of understanding of Relational Database concepts, preferably Oracle 11g and above. *Optional Experience:* · *5+ years of experience with Oracle SOA Suite 11.1 and above.
