Excellent comm skills.* *Process – Telephonic Interview* *EAD,GC-EAD, GC, USC ONLY* Position Summary The Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Developer is responsible for the design, development, testing, and deployment of data extraction, transformation, and loading processes utilizing the Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) tool. Duties and Responsibilities: · Create Architecture and Integration Design documents for data extraction, transformation, and loading integrations · Develop ODI interfaces utilizing technologies such as Oracle, File, and JMS to move data from a source system to a target system · Request the creation of the necessary ODI Topology to enable the integration · Create test plans and execute unit/component, integrated, and end-to-end testing · Manage source code utilizing SubVersion · Document and resolve defects Skills, Knowledge and Abilities · 10+ years of Software and/or System Integration development · 5+ years of experience with Oracle Data Integrator 11.1 and above. Preferably, experience with ODI 12c · High level of understanding of ETL/ELT development concepts and patterns · Development of ODI Interfaces, Procedures, Packages, and Scenarios utilizing technologies such as Oracle, File, and JMS · Expertise in the set up and configuration of ODI Topology objects · Expertise in the use of the different types of ODI Knowledge Modules · Experience developing file transfer processes utilizing FTP and SFPT protocols and encryption and utilizing an enterprise-caliber managed file transfer tool · Well versed in the use of SubVersion for source code management · Excellent oral and written communication skills. · High degree of understanding of Relational Database concepts, preferably Oracle 11g and above. Optional Experience: · *5+ years of experience with Oracle SOA Suite 11.1 and above. Preferably, experience with Oracle SOA Suite 12c* · Experience configuring scheduled tasks utilizing an enterprise-caliber scheduler tool Education and Experience Requirements · This position requires a Bachelor's degree, preference is degrees in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
