* Technical Skills (i.e., language, database, applications, software,
hardware, certifications etc.)
* Minimum 6 years Java Development, Minimum 6 years OOA&D, Minimum 1
year experience using Spring or similar framework
Non-Technical Skills
* Strong problem solving skills, Solid written and verbal
communication, Ability to multitask and work on many projects concurrently
Nice to Have Skills (Skills that would be beneficial but are not required)
* Technical Skills (i.e., language, database, applications, software,
hardware, etc.)
* Service Oriented Architecture, Unix/Linux Development, JMS, JAXB and
XML

Job Responsibilities & Expectations of Candidate (i.e., on-call/pager, %
maintenance vs. development, etc.)
"This Team member will be responsible for design, implementation, and
testing of Java Business Services. This includes working with application
Teams who
use the services as part of their applications. The Team member must be able
to understand complex business domain and software integration issues.
Approximately 60% of the work is expected to be baseline maintenance and
enhancements and 40% will be new development.
After some training, the Team member will be expected to serve as a primary
or secondary on-call approximately twice every 8-10
