Propose a 10 step plan for the TO-BE implementation and test. They should have implemented EAM in the past. Strong communication skills are a must. Must be able to convey business values and benefits to C-Level executives. Should also have a strong knowledge of Oracle Manufacturing. # of projects they have been on in the past for manufacturing. Know the Financial Role up and how the work order gets costed... routing it back to GL post.
