Remedy Developer – Intermediate Saline (York), MI Duration: 1 year with potential for extension Rate: $40/hour
Remedy Developer responsible for development of new Remedy applications, enhancements & add-ons to existing applications, issue and ticket resolution. Intermediate Level Developer will help train the Jr. Developers, manage large/in-depth projects, work on difficult issues/tickets. *General:* · Good time management skills · Good communication skills which will facilitate working with people at remote locations · Ability to work on multiple tasks throughout the day · Flexibility to adjust to changing needs · Ability to work together with and lead a small team · Ability to understand and decipher customer needs · Should be self-starter with strong analytical and problem solving skills · Good verbal and written communication skills Technical: · Strong knowledge of application development. · 2yr+ experience developing Remedy Action Request System v6/v7 applications. · Strong Knowledge of Perl, PHP, XML, HTML. · Knowledge of ITIL. · Familiarity with Remedy ITSM. · Knowledge of System Development Methodology. · Understanding of Remedy System architecture and components.
