Location: Pasadena Duration: 12 Months Contract to Hire US Citizens or Green cards Only Job Description: Application Support/Administrator for one of its clients located in Pasadena, CA Position Description: • Exceptional application analysis and design skills, as well as thorough trouble-shooting capabilities. • Responsible for heavy client server clinical application support systems that are fault tolerant, step restartable, and reusable. • Set-up Connect Direct, XCOM and FTP file transfer processes between different platforms. • Understand the requirements and procedures for establishing both dedicated and Internet-based frame relay connections via TCP/IP. • Coordinating the efforts of inter-disciplinary groups. • Use AutoSys for complex scheduling. • Experience Level: 10+ Years. Skill Set: • Unix, Batch processing, FTP. Knowledge of internals, (i.e. SAP adapter, SAP R/3 transactions related to batch processing). • Security and control concepts. • AWK and SED. • Ad-hoc reporting from AutoSys databases. • SQL. Mainframe dataset allocation and security (with ACF2). Specific DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Create internal support plan with the hospital clinical team • Load & set up Emergin client application • Understand end-to-end system configuration • Enable, archive and backup system logs as necessary • Troubleshoot and provide end-user support. • Troubleshoot and support all third party systems integrated with Emergin • Change Emergin configuration as necessary • Support system hardware and communications network • Facilitate OS & database upgrades • Backup and restore SQL Databases or coordinate with dedicated database administration. • Backup and/or restore Emergin Registry files • Maintain and respond to Emergin Supervisory Alerts • Use Emergin Support Tool for troubleshooting reported issues • Web Application support experience needed. • HL7 and Tivoli knowledge-Nice to have. • Previous Experience with the client is a preference. ************************interviews will be by phone first, then in person or webcam. must be a greencard holder or citizen******************************** ****************Manager is looking for a contractor to provide application support and do configuration.**************************** Thanks n Regards, MAHESH PURI ARRIYS Infosoft Direct: 404 437 7521 ------------------------------- Fax: 404-935-5199 [email protected] www.arriys.com We respect your online privacy.
