*Jr to Mid Level Remedy Developer* Location: Saline, MI Duration: 1 year with ongoing renewal Application Developer responsible for implementation of new Remedy applications, enhancements & add-ons to existing applications, and for issue and ticket resolution. Junior Developer will have guidance from Senior Developers and will assist on large/in-depth projects, and will perform all phases of Development on small and medium sized projects. *General:* · Good time management skills · Good communication skills which will facilitate working with people at remote locations · Ability to work on multiple tasks throughout the day · Flexibility to adjust to changing needs · Ability to work together with a small team · Ability to understand and decipher customer needs · Should be self-starter with strong analytical and problem solving skills. · Good verbal and written communication skills *Technical:* · General knowledge of application development. · 1 to 3 yrs experience with Remedy Action Request System v6/v7 as a developer is a plus. · Knowledge of Perl, PHP, web site development is a plus. · Knowledge of ITIL is a plus. · Remedy ITSM knowledge (using or developing) is a plus. · Knowledge of System Development Methodology is a plus.
