Job Description: --First line of support for production environment when paged, responsible for communication, research, and problem resolution. In addition will track trends and work with Technical Lead to effect change to reduce trends spotted. --Supports the application development team by providing build and deploys from test environments up to, and including, production environments. Works with ancillary teams to ensure builds (DBA, Dev Team, WDS, QA are properly documented and validated. Works within Pac2000 and QA Board Request software to raise work requests, address problem tickets and notify testers of impending deploys. --Generates or participates in the generation of game plan development and walkthroughs. Responsible for Maintaining environment documentation. --May also be assigned small development tasks or assist with defect resolution for ongoing development projects.
