Client is presently upgrading from 8.9 to 9.1 and the go live date is July 4. **KEY: Solid/Functional experience with** **Benefits Admininstration and Payroll**- all modules are important but they need to be very strong in this module * *Solid work with Ben Admin and North American Payroll, including eBenefits and ePay, as well as advanced query knowledge and basic tools knowledge, is required. Knowledge of global payroll, crystal reporting and interface design standards is highly desirable. * *2. Strong Relationship Management skills are required: As a Sr. HRIS Analyst you will partner with the business to anticipate customer needs, monitor trends in order to recommend functionality enhancements, and provide technical advice to resolve business issues or improve business processes.
