o Design, development, implementation, configuration and management of MS
Dynamics 4.0/2011
o Developing Microsoft CRM strategies, best practices and approaches
o Creating and implementing several custom workflows, entities, objects,
attributes, etc., within Microsoft CRM
o Implementing several Security features for Microsoft CRM including the
single sign-on, role based security setting etc.
o Administrator experience that included the following:
§ App Server Management for MS Dynamics CRM
§ MS Dynamics CRM connectors
o Microsoft CRM Dynamics 4.0, 2011 offline client Configuration and
Customization
o Scribe Integration Software
o Familiar with creation and installation of Plugins
o Reporting Services
o Integration with Mobile/Smart Phone technology like Mobile Edge
§ Strong *MS .NET* developer with extensive experience in software
analysis, design, development & testing of client/server architecture and
web-based applications using Microsoft technologies that included the
following:
o .NET C#
o Java Script
§ Extensive Database experience including Microsoft SQL Server
2000/2005/2008
§ *Excellent communication skills*
§ Avid self-starter, quick-learner with strong analytical and problem
solving skills
