Replace a legacy system by a model whereby the 3PL performs
the returns receipt and disposition of parts
in the 3PL's WMS. This then requires the set-up of an
EDI-model; some EDI-messages are already available and
some that will be newly developed in this project. The
project scope is 3 US DC's.
Duration of the project: till end of 2012.

role, you will make a significant contribution to the development of a
leading supply chain that AMR Research has been rating the best in the
world for the third year running.
Key Responsibilities
■ Oversee small- to mid-size projects to enhance the on-promise
transportation management system used by Apple customer service group
(AppleCare)
■ Act as an effective link between AppleCare community and Information
Systems & Technology groups
■ Interact with internal customers to understand to their needs and
expectations
■ Evaluate how business process improvement initiatives will affect Apple
systems
■ Create work break down structures, define activities, estimate effort,
and develop schedules
■ Assure quality project delivery through rigorous testing, disciplined

Job Requirements
■ 3-5 year of relevant technology management experience

■ Transportation management system experience (e.g. Precision Traxi3) is a
big plus; a solid grasp on computer system integration is a must
■ Excellent time management and organizational skills

MM/WM Lead
-Ability to understand business requirements, identify gaps with standard
SAP solution and propose solutions
-Ability to effectively participate and lead blueprint and design workshops
-Should be able to work in onsite-offshore model for expedited delivery
-Ability to write detailed functional specs around RICEF objects
-Should have worked on 2-3 SAP implementation projects in lead role in WM
modules
-Ability to communicate well and work with global and cross functional
teams.
-Previous experience in High tech or consumer electronics industry is a plus
-The candidate should have strong functional background in logistics
execution
-Hands on LE configuration with focus on shipping , delivery, picking and
packing processes
-Organizational units and master data in the Warehouse Management
-Batch management and quality management in the warehouse
-Delivery processes (Outbound and Inbound)
-Should have knowledge of integration with SD and MM/WM modules
-Experience working with EDI/idocs 940,846,861,856 is needed
-EDI integration with external 3PL partner for PO and Delivery Logistics
processes
- Reverse Logistics experience
- Independent handling.
- Should have excellent communication, Leadership & Team building skills.
- Extensive RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements and
forms) experience.
