Duties & Responsibilites :	The Client seeks a skilled business analyst to assist with the following tasks: 1. Assists client in improving the business processes by leading general and detailed business requirements development sessions and evaluating program application collaborating with development and test team members to ensure business requirements are properly translated into system functionality, monitors system testing and end-user training and recommending needed changes. 2. Assisting in the design and management of application testing prior to acceptance and usage 3. Developing test scripts to be followed by staff in conducting testing of new system 4. Document the current operational requirements to include current clients service delivery actions, activities and components at every level 5. Gather and verify programmatic and system requirements - Oversee the definition of the clients system, subsystem and application specification requirements such as functionality requirements, data requirements, business rules, and process flow and integration requirements for the entire clients system 6. Knowledge transfer when the clients BA positions are filled. This engagement will consist of 40-hour work weeks.
