| Duties & Responsibilites : | The manager is interested in seeing only candidates that possess strong Business Analyst skills, and also where communication skills are considered to be outstanding. Ability to communicate clearly to non technical members is essential and required.
Work with customer business units to understand their business processes. Ensure that overall application designs remain within project scope.
Analyze, define and document how the applications will support functional and business requirements. Ensure business requirements are supported by software.
Coordinate and conduct project review meetings with Management, Group Team lead, and Business Units as required.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Understand supporting/interfacing system applications.
Coordinate and conduct project/test review meetings with Management, Group Team Lead, and Business Units as required.
Communicate clearly the program/application/testing goals, and policies and procedures to the technical team, business team, and end users.
Thorough understanding of UI design and application flow.

Requirements Gathering/Defnintion Required 3 Years
Rational Unified Process (RUP) Required 1 Years
Business Writing Test Scenarios /Test Cases Required 3 Years
Manual Testing Experience Required 3 Years
J2EE Exposure Required 1 Years
UI Testing Required 3 Years
Business Logic testing Highly desired 3 Years
Four Year Degree or equivalent Required
