| Duties & Responsibilites : | Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining and monitoring the data systems to ensure they meet organizational requirements. This position requires the ability to document ETL requirements, develop new ETL, troubleshoot existing ETL and offer improvements. With little oversight performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor degree in a technology field, mathematics, engineering or equivalent field
- Minimum 5+ years experience with Oracle or SQL
- 3+ years of ETL design, development, and configuration management experience with Informatica.
- Experience with design of large scale ETL solutions integrating internal and external data sources
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ETL applications, ETL system performance, and data integrity
- Experience with ETL design review, code review, and quality assurance review process and deliverables
- Experience working with and able to demonstrate knowledge of complex Informatica transformations
- Experience in ETL performance tuning / optimization
- Experience drafting ETL specifications
- Experience developing complex ETL mappings
- Familiarity with Data Warehouse concepts
- Experience in the administration aspect of Informatica
- Tunes database queries and Informatica mappings to resolve performance issues
- Experience in creating requirements, analysis, design and deployment documents
- Strong experience with Informatica PowerCenter for ETL development
- Train and coach team members
- Demonstrated multi-tasking, and interpersonal communication skills along with proven negotiation and co-worker relationships skills
- Commitment to quality and personal ethics. |
