Responsibilities:-
- Creates presentations and webinars related to Medicaid ICD-10 project
- Designs webinars to providers, medical associations and others
- Develops system documentations and project deliverables
- Reviews work products for completeness and adhere to customer’s requirements
Qualifications:-
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience communicating with Medicaid providers
- Minimum 4 years Medicaid experience
- Experience in reviewing and processing claims
- Experience creating and holding webinars
- Experience writing system documentations
- Experience presenting and leading meetings |
