| Duties & Responsibilites : | ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: Strong Communication & written skills plus team oriented. Able to be self directed. Excellent Customer Service, self starter, interpersonal skills, professional, time conscious - supporting users on software, PC issues, HW issues. Able to maintain SLA's, able to maintain ticket/log system workload, organized. Job is measured on metrics - give feedback to customers, maintain workload in timely manner. Issues they will be required to solve: Viruses, Malware, Re-image PC, recover data, load additional Apps, Use tools to fix PC issues. Some travel is required - .44/mile (ask for detailed travel policy); part of job may be helpdesk/remote-assistance; other parts may be on-site. Must have Class-3 drivers license and must be able to lift Desktop PC, Monitor/LCD and HP printers (weight up to 50 lbs). Dress: business casual - khaki's and polo shirt. SKILLS: OS: windows XP and 7 PROGRAMMING LANG/DVLPMT TOOLS: MS Exchange, Outlook and Office 2010, Access - basic support, Team Viewer-remote access HARDWARE: pc/laptop/tablets/printers/phones/webcams. DB SYSTEMS/ TOOLS: Footprints - work ticketing and tracking system |
