Skills:
Hands on experience on Quality Center
Highly motivated individual and can work independently as well as within the team
Understanding of the Telecom OSS Domain is desirable
Coordinating in a multi-vendor engagement mode
Good working knowledge of software development lifecycle
Demonstrate experience of working in high pressure roles
Should possess very good analytical and problem solving ability
Should have skills to persuade and resolving any conflicts which arise

Responsibilities:
Should understand the Defect life cycle thoroughly
Expertise in owning and hosting defect meetings with various teams involved and driving them to closure
Ensuring all defects are entered correctly and resolved effectivelye through their lifecycle
Ability to explain the technical aspects to persuade where required if conflicts arise
Should take complete ownership for defect life cycle
Should participate in Process Improvement Cycle
