Role: - Test Coordinator
Location: - Atlanta, GA / St. Louis, MO / San Ramon, CA / Dallas, TX / Middletown, NJ
Duration: - 24 months
No. of Positions: - 20
Skills: •Excellent communication & presentation skills
•Exceptional project/program management skills
•Good negotiation skills
•Testing life-cycle knowledge is must
•Telecom OSS domain knowledge is desirable
•Highly motivated individual – self driver and can work independently
•Previous Test Lead experience (leading 5 or more people)
•Experience in waterfall & Agile software development model
Responsibilities: •Facilitate and take ownership of E2E testing
•Effective coordination with all the application teams and testing teams involved in E2E testing
•Estimations & Budgeting - Tracking
•Ensure impact analysis in case of schedule deviations, if any
•Project tracking, monitoring and risk management
•Coordinating in a multi-vendor engagement mode and delivering quality work
•Updating the daily & Weekly status to higher leadership
•Defect Management
