| Duties & Responsibilites : | Job Description:
• Responsibilities include designing technical specification, developing and maintaining web and middle tier applications, analyzing and troubleshooting processes
• Responsible for analyzing requirements, determining technical approach & technical design, determining effort, and providing deliverable dates for projects and enhancement requests
• Collaborating with Technology team members to design and develop web application and data processing functionality.
• Researching & prototyping new technologies and providing recommendations for application improvement.
• Mentor & provide architectural guidance to the junior engineers
• Additional responsibilities include documenting product functionality, supporting QA and deployment activities, troubleshooting production defects
Skills Required:
• 7 years design and development software experience at enterprise level
• BS degree required; 7 years of experience with Microsoft technologies.
• Able to self-manage and required to lead certain projects.
• Proactive communications and planning skills
• software design and architecture skills
• Implement ASP.NET session management in the ECD application.
• Implement ASP.NET Cache management in the ECD application
• Design and implement Multithreading programming and concurrency features in ECD application
• Configure hardware to improve code performance.
• Support existing and current code base with web application knowledge.
• Support current framework and work on all tiers.
• Write web services.
• Develop Windows Services.
• Working knowledge of data modeling and database design.
• Write efficient stored-procedures.
• Must have excellent problem solving skills.
• Actively interface with analysts and developers to gather requirements, design, implement, and maintain various projects.
