Duties & Responsibilites :	Development Methodology: Follow Agile/Scrum fairly closely. This includes daily standups, sprints, etc. Team Dynamics: Teams work together in an agile way, but these individuals will be the Sr. Developers and Leads. This means they will need some mentoring experience. These individuals will need to be outgoing and willing to work with others. Skills Needed: • (5+ Years) Java/J2EE web development Experience • (2+ Years) Experience developing and consuming SOAP Web Services • (3+ Years) Experience with Spring • (3+ Years) Experience with Mule • (2+ Years) Experience with Hibernate • (2+ Years) Experience with JUnit • (2+ Years) Experience with SQL development • Experience developing Servlets • (2+ Years) Experience Developing in and administering a Linux Environment
