*Position : Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant* * Location : Dallas, TX Duration : 6+ Months* *Job Description:* ? Functional Consultant with 7 to 10 yrs exp in Oracle apps modules like Oracle Human Resources HRMS, Core HR , Payroll, Personnel, Self Service HR ( SSHR ), OTL Module. ? Should be able to design custom solutions using the Oracle best practices ? Should be able to gather the business requirements and map it to the system requirements ? Should be able to co-ordinate the design, development and different testing activities ? Good communication skills ? Basic knowledge of SQL,PL/SQL ? Provide business analysis and object programming expertise within an assigned business unit/area, in the analysis, design, and development of business applications ? Good Communication Skills and Ability to seamlessly interact with both business and IT stakeholders.
