BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, other related discipline or equivalent experience. ** Five or more years software quality assurance and testing experience. Experience directing and coordinating work among teams. * Experience implementing quality process improvements, creating methods, procedures and training. Experience defining and implementing software testing strategies including test automation. Experience facilitating the design and implementation of software development metrics. * Experience developing estimates for quality assurance/quality control work activities. ** Experience testing web applications. Experience with all types and levels of testing e.g., unit, integration, system, volume, non-stop/destructive and load testing. ** Excellent problem solving skills. Creates new approaches for work, formulating short-range plans/decisions. ** Experience in other SDLC disciplines such as requirements, design, code, implementation/user support. ** Microsoft Windows experience.
