| Duties & Responsibilites : | • Understand government business process and operations, including familiarity with HIPPA and Administrative Code regulations. • Prior knowledge of health-related data concerns in order to transition business processes into technical requirements. • Excellent communication and presentation skills to review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs by facilitating brainstorming sessions with health professionals. • Design product architecture on an enterprise level to expand and incorporate new system functionality for the department integration with other departments’ enterprise applications. • In depth knowledge in WebLogic enterprise server configuration and installation on a standalone and a clustered infrastructure. • Experience with architecting and implementing J2EE, expertise in components design using Java and strict adherence to J2EE design patterns. • Experience in design and development modular re-usable components for Java Enterprise Applications using UML, Rational. • Ability to analyze or recommend commercially available software or other IT architectural components. • Ability to prioritize work and establish deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor progress of team members. • Anticipate, identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting own work and work of the project team. • Develop contingency plans as necessary. • Manage requirement gathering and change management process. • Execution of all responsibilities with little direct supervision. • 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study Required Skills: -N-Tier modeling and architecture-Required-7 Years -J2EE 2.0+-Required-7 Years -Weblogic 10 and above-Required-3 Years -Core Java, _javascript_, JSP, HTML-Required-7 Years -Java XML binding, Castor, JaxB-Required-5 Years -Oracle 11g +-Required-5 Years -Java webservices, SOAP-UI, Enterprise Service BUS-Required-3 Years -Prior experience with Spring-Required-3 Years -Prior experience with Hibernate-Required-3 Years -Excellent written and verbal communication-Required -Experience with public health related web enterprise applications-Nice to have Interview Process: -In person Interview |
