As part of this responsibility HR Analytics helps to facilitate data provisioning with business partners, develops reports, analyzes trends and creates basic models to evaluate and measure the success of programs, strategy and corporate initiatives. The role of the Metrics Specialist is to support the HR Analytics capability within Human Resources by providing accurate and timely data for reports, analysis and basic models to respond to a variety of business needs. Under the direction of the HR Analytics Consultant, the Metrics Specialist supports many roles in Human Resources and throughout the company with data and information on workforce trends, diversity inclusion, talent management and other key areas to maximize the HR Business Value
Requirements.
Required Skills:
-Able to work independently and think creatively about analytical solutions
-Self starter with demonstrated ability to set priorities and coordinate projects
-Adaptable learner with the ability with deal with ambiguity
-Knowledge of financial distribution system and products
-Experience in financial and projection modeling
-Knowledge of Business Objects, Cognos or other Business Intelligence tools
-Ability to create charts, diagrams and other data visualization
Required Education & Experience:
-Bachelor’s Degree in business finance, statistics, MIS or related field or minimum
-5 years of equivalent work experience
-Highly proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
-Advanced Excel skills (e.g. Pivot Tables, Lookup, Complex Formulas, etc.)
-Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Visio
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
