Experienced Office 365 (Exchange, Lync, Active Directory) administrator who is an outgoing self-starter possesing patience and very customer focused
Sr level administrator with experience in influencing organizational change through coaching, training and directing others learning new technology
Experience with SMTP, Email protocols, Firewalls, Gateway Appliances
Desired Skills:
Advanced Office 365, Advanced MS Exchange Server, Advanced Lync, Advanced Active Directory, Powershell
Required Experience:
- At least three years’ experience working with Office 365 Exchange, Lync Active Directory
- Experience in the set-up, configuration and maintenance of Exchange 2010 +
- Experience in configuring and administering all features encompassing Office 365
- Experience in troubleshooting smtp mail routing, spam issues with smtp gateway products such as ProofPoint, IronMail, MailMarshal, etc.
- Experience with TCP/IP, DHCP, SMTP, HTTP, FTP, POP3, IMAP, EWS, MAPI etc. required.
- Basic knowledge of mobile devices such as iPhone/iPad and Android phones and tablets.
- Basic working knowledge of RMS, Intune SCCM
Other Skills/Project Details:
- Strong customer service skills - able to communicate effectively to endusers at all levels of the company.
- Strong analysis, troubleshooting, prioritization skills.
- Good project and task management skills.
- Track record for recognizing opportunities for improvements such as cost reduction, time saving or automation.
- Experience with creating easy to read and follow documentation for system configuration, change mgt., procedures, etc.
