| Duties & Responsibilites : | - Proven technical skills with 4-6 years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL using oracle 9i/10g/11g.
- Experienced in developing Stored Procedures, Functions and Packages, SQL tuning, and creation of Oracle Objects – Tables, Views, Materialized Views, Triggers, Synonyms, Database Links, User Defined Data Types, Nested Tables and Collections.
- Having experience with Financial Data Processing for financial reports by AR Transactions, AR Balances & GL Transactions, GL Balances is a HUGE plus and is very needed. Prior Accounting experience would be a big plus
- Understand the current business process and how the various financial transactions need to be processed and how they roll up into various account groups.
- Experience assessing reporting issues and being about work with the report developers, read the reporting requirement tech specs and using this information to be able to diagnose the likely area of the problem.
- It is in the reporting layer, is it in the ETL layer or is in the data model area or is it an issue because the data we need is not available from the source system.
- Accounting Experiece is a plus
- Work with BA/TA to work through
