| Duties & Responsibilites : | -Results driven HR Systems Business Analyst with extensive experience in HR systems implementation, as well as demonstrated leadership, analytical, and project management skills. Strong track record of success in a fast paced, high tech work environment.
-Responsible for driving the successful delivery of systems and process solutions on our global HR roadmap (focused on Recruiting systems).
-Required to lead and contribute to both Kenexa BrassRing, Workday, Red Carpet and other core HR systems projects.
-Responsible for project planning, determining and documenting business requirements, creating functional specifications, developing and executing test plans and scripts and streamlining and improving current processes.
-Work closely with other HR groups, IT, various functional groups, and business units with a key relationship with the Talent Acquisition group in defining and implementing HRIS solutions to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities include:
• Determining, gathering and documenting business, process, technical, and operational requirements for initiatives; facilitating brainstorming sessions to refine requirements.
• Hands on creation of functional specifications, use cases, test plans, communications and training plans.
• Developing and executing test plans and scripts.
• Streamlining and improving current business processes.
• Understanding of existing systems environment to anticipate and resolve potential issues with new solutions and initiatives.
• Managing concurrent and complex HRIS projects, including new and existing HR technology application implementations.
• Providing implementation support through transition to ongoing operations.
• Collaboration and coordination with cross-functional team members to complete deliverables and resolve issues.
• Partnering with key HR leadership and IT managers through all phases of a project including design, development, testing, and launch to deploy key HR technology projects.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in Human Resources enterprise applications implementation (including packaged and custom development); strong business systems analysis and process design skills
• Demonstrated project management skills with proven leadership experience in all phases of the implementation lifecycle in HR systems projects
• Track record of successfully delivering key project implementations from start to finish
• Ability to support multiple concurrent projects, make trade-offs, meet tight deadlines; and be solutions-oriented; ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency and ownership to drive projects to completion
• Ability to track, manage, and resolve issues, and escalate effectively as necessary in order to meet project timelines. Ability to manage and mitigate project risks.
• Project planning and scoping; ability to facilitate project planning meetings to articulate project phases, deliverables, and effort
• Hands-on business analyst experience in HR information systems required, including business requirements definition, functional spec creation, and system configuration
• Experience taking strategic business initiatives and drilling down with business stakeholders to document clear, thorough functional requirements to be implemented by IT, 3rd party vendors, or self configuration
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience applying these skills within complex technical programs to address design considerations and technical requirements
• IBM/Kenexa BrassRing Workbench certification required
• Experience in Red Carpet, Salesforce Service Cloud, SAP HCM, and Workday modules preferred
• Knowledge of HR business processes
• Knowledge of creating and running basic SQL queries
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required, with ability to communicate clearly with all types of users
• Must be a true team player that works well in collaborative situations and excels in partnering across organizations
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build strong professional relationships, and effective interfacing with various levels of management

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
