Duties & Responsibilites :	- Design, develop, and test desktop based banking software using C# and MS SQL Server - Create, maintain, and enhance applications to support growing banking operations - Organize and manage multiple tasks ensuring completion within business timeframes - Analyze and resolve complex application programming issues - Work in alignment with established change management practices - Act in liaison capacity with other departments, divisions and organizations Required Education: -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field Preferred Certifications: -MCSD, MCITP, or similar (preferred but not required) REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: - 3+ years of software development experience - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex concepts in simple terms - Excellent coding and design skills, with a preference for simplicity - Ability and willingness to learn new technologies - Ability to develop strong internal and external client relationships - Solid interpersonal skills and comfort in a collaborative environment Required Skill Sets - Strong in C# and SQL Server design and development - Creating and maintaining database tables, views, and stored procedures - UI development experience in WPF or Windows Forms - WCF or Web Services experience - Good understanding of web-related protocols such as HTTP, SSL/SSH, FTP, and TCP a plus - Familiarity with XML and XSLT a plus - Experience with data warehousing and ETL (extract transform load) systems a plus - SSIS, SSAS, SSRS experience a plus
