Duties & Responsibilites :	Scope of Work: •Solution Architect for end-to-end Telematics Service Provider offering with a focus on call center integration •Use cases include emergency call use cases and concierge services (e.g. roadside Assistance, Geo Fencing etc) •Design of Call Center SW applications used in above use cases by call center agents -Must have telematics and call center experience. -5 yrs. Architect Experience -End to end integration with TSP especially PSAP integration -Familiar with latest NHTSA and NG-911 guide liens -Telematics expereince, Call Center integration expereince
