| Duties & Responsibilites : | -We are looking for a Java/J2EE developer to help in supporting several of our web applications in production.
-Primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting production issues and implementing bug fixes, as well as develop solutions to help support production applications such as monitoring and logging enhancements, and internal tools to help streamline the entire support process
-The term will start at 6 months, but should extend longer based on candidate's performance/fit with the organization.
-The candidate must be experienced in Java/J2EE web application development, be very comfortable with troubleshooting production applications, and have the following skillset:
Required Skills:
- Looking for candidates who are Senior Level Candidates. Must have Lead Level Experience
- Core java 6+ years (java 1.6/1.7)
- Experience with one or more J2EE app servers (Weblogic/Websphere/JBoss)
- Experience with one or more web frameworks (JSF/Spring MVC/Struts/etc)
- Experience developing rich web clients (JSF/JSTL/HTML/CSS/jquery/ajax/_javascript_/etc)
- JPA and or Hibernate
- JDBC
- Strong database skills (SQL queries, slow query troubleshooting, stored procedures, triggers/etc.)
- EBJ3 or backend services developed using Spring/AOP/declarative transaction management
- Experience developing webservices (SOAP) as well as using webservices to integrate with other systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills

- Oracle 11g
