Duties & Responsibilites :	Work for the Cargo unit of a leading airline testing web & SOA solutions for various business units in a fast paced, collaborative environment using a full suite of QA automation tools. Top must have skills – iTKO Lisa, SQL, Test Automation, SOA Web services testing skills, Agile SDLC Methodology Nice to have skills – Quick Test Pro, _vbscript_ing, Basic Unix commands Develop and execute software test plans in order to identify software problems and their causes. Technical skills include: Must possess 3-4 yrs solid hands-on experience in executing and modifying automated test cases using ITKO Lisa's test tool. Must have 1-2 years exp using Agile SDLC Methodology. Must have at least 2 years of writing automated test scripts. Must have 2 years of SQL. Must have 1-2 yrs hands-on experience in the use of Quick Test Pro (QTP) with _vbscript_ing. Education/Experience - Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering or relevant field preferred - 8-10 years experience required Responsibility level o Exercises independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisor and will typically give direction to one or more lower level testers Skills - Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills (Required) - Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time (Required) - Strong mentoring skills Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Review and execute test plans, scenarios, scripts or procedures - Review and execute testing programs that addresses areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, or usability - Review documentation of software defects and assign software developers to investigate and resolve the issue - Review and approve test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates - Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems INTERVIEW PROCESS: In person
