Job Title : Business Systems Analyst (Oracle, Process - Flow Design)
Location : Richmond, VA
Expected Duration of Project : 12 Months
Start Date : 12/10/2014
Interview Type : Telephonic
Duties & Responsibilites :

-Defines solutions (requirements, designs, services, recommendations) to business/systems problems and owns the integrity of the solution through customer acceptance and final disposition of solution. 
-Responsible for the development, maintenance, management, and delivery of technical information or documentation to the appropriate audiences in the appropriate standard formats via print and online mediums. 
-Includes interface with management, users, and information technology professionals to create high-level conceptual solutions to business problems.
-Usually possesses significant knowledge in one or more business functional areas. 
-BSAs involved in agile projects will be expected to have responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Specific Skills:
-Requirements definition and traceability 5+ years
-Financial Services experience 3+ years
-BSA experience (Data and Systems analysis)
-Served as lead BSA on multiple project lifecycles; Significant experience in industry (3+ years)
-Good understanding of Web based application development and GUI design aspects
-Financial Institution Experience and/or significant experience (2+ yrs) as BSA within (preferred)
-Excellent documentation skills and ability to write Agile stories that are clear, concise, and provide all members of the team with an understanding of what needs to be accomplished.
-Experience in writing story acceptance criteria
-Production support experience with very strong problem solving skills (required)


Testing:
-5+ years of project experience in the quality assurance and testing phases or projects
-Understanding of standard testing practices and displayed leadership in defining and monitoring UAT processes
-Experience with hands on testing a plus
-Testing tool experience: HP ALM (preferred)

Development:
-Skills in object, data, and / or process modeling, business process design (2-3yrs.+)
-Lean/Agile development experience (2+ yrs) QA experience a plus
-Strong experience in leading various Agile ceremonies including grooming, sprint planning, stand-ups, etc.
-Excellent  strategic application of experience; Demonstrated experience leading requirements, data and systems analysis

Leadership/Communication:
-Strong negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skills
-Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels (Executive Sponsors to team members);
-Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical individuals
