Position: Database Developer (SQL / Sybase) Location: New York City, NY Duration: Long Term Contract Interview: Telephonic and In Person The position involves building and maintaining data for POINT ETL processes. It requires ensuring timely availability of the data in all environments, analyzing data discrepancies, troubleshooting processing issues, building data analysis and verification tools and working closely with POINT development team on resolving detected problems. Successful candidate will have: Strong scripting skills using Shell and Perl. Strong Database Development skills using MS SQL Server or Sybase Familiarity with Autosys Understanding of Linux Familiarity with web services Candidate should have a working knowledge and experience of Informatica (that is highly required) Business Domain Candidate must have Reference Data/bonds/stocks and/or Derivatives Knowledge.
