Duties & Responsibilites :	-Client is in need of an experienced Business Analyst to assist with a business process re-engineering project. -Draft As-is documentation for the 120 processes. -No documentation currently exists. This documentation will be used in conjunction with requirements (to be gathered) to modify an existing system. -Understand the business processes and work with the staff/stakeholders to help them identify the best and most efficient ways to reorganize their business processes. -Interview, conduct meetings, and solicit information from the staff/stakeholders on what changes they would envision to their current processes and system, and what they would want in a new system. -Use the tools to document the business processes and requirements. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: -Experience working as a Business Analyst Required 5 Years -Experience obtaining business process information through staff/stakeholder interviews. Required 5 Years -Experience with business process re-engineering. Required 5 Years -Experience gathering and documenting requirements through staff/stakeholder interviews. Required 5 Years -Experience with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Visio. Required 5 Years INTERVIEW PROCESS: In Person
