| Duties & Responsibilites : | Professional Requirements
• 8+ years of Weblogic administration (10.3.5, 10.3.6, 11C)
• 3-4 years of experience with JBoss and Tomcat
• 5-6 years experience with Linux and performance analysis in a Linux environment
• Strong Experience with scripting perl or python
• 5-6 years Operations management experience (ideally in a 24x7 environment) with outage and incident management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (great team player with the ability to work independently)
• Experience supporting Weblogic Servers in a Linux operating environment
Education Requirements
• Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
• Field of Study: Engineering, Computer Science
Responsibilities
• Work on environment build out and support
• Work with consumers to understand requirements (architecture, infrastructure)
• Drive outage calls and perform RCA. Work on Problem management
• Proactively look at improvements that need to be done on applications and implement them
• Participate in on call rotation
