*Position : Salesforce Admin * *Location : NYC , NY * *Duration : 12+ Months Interview : Phone then Face to Face * *Job Description:* · Client is looking for a SalesForce Admin to help with their ongoing implementation project. · They are looking for someone local who is ready to “hit the ground running”. *Job Responsibilities* · Work as a member of the SFDC Technical team to implement enhancements to the system in line with given business needs · Assist in defining technical solutions in Salesforce to support business processes · Maintain and enhance visual layout, workflow rules and business logic to streamline and enhance business processes and improve user experience · Implement and integrate third-party products / applications on the Salesforce platform · Deploy Salesforce meta-data between non-production and production environments using appropriate tools · Develop, launch and manage in-depth dashboards and reports for all team functions at both management and individual level as directed by the CRM development team lead · Assist in managing the quality of data in Salesforce.com as defined by the Global CRM Team Lead · Research and advise on best practices for Salesforce solutions · Remain current on Salesforce.com best practices and technologies · Provide support to Salesforce users in all groups and act as a point of contact for end-user support · Serve as a ‘go to’ person for Salesforce for internal clients throughout the company · Work with Salesforce support to troubleshoot issues and maintain smooth operation and performance of the platform as directed by the CRM technical team leaders · Assist in developing and support key decision support and financial reports for senior management · Maintain Users, User Roles, Security, and Profiles · Prepare data landed by the data landing team for migration into Slaeforce adhering to all data quality rules. · Migrate data from legacy systems using Apex Data loader *Job Requirement* · Salesforce administrator certification a strong plus · Bachelor's degree in business or information systems preferred · 3+ years of Salesforce administration and/or development experience · Expert with Microsoft Access and Microsoft SQL · Demonstrated expertise in data migration · Good verbal and written communication skills · Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional team environment · Strong customer focus · Experience with decision support, financial reporting and dashboards is desired · Experience with customer service workflow efficiencies, phone systems is desired · Excellent attention to detail and complex problem solving capabilities · Basic programming knowledge is a plus Regards , Kailash Negi VSG Business Solutions Phone : 302-261-3207 x 102 Email : kail...@vsgbusinesssolutions.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "American Vendor--IT Consulting" group.
