Position: *Test Lead/ Test Manager* Location: *CELGENE, NJ* Duration: ASAP-Dec 2016 *Interview Mode : personal interview* *PREREQUISITES * *Bachelor’s degree with any related discipline with a minimum of 10+ years of relevant IT experience; * *8+ years experience in FDA regulated industry or equivalent; * *4+ years of management experience.* Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Understand the testing effort by analyzing the requirements of project. 2. Estimate and obtain management support for the time, resources and budget required to perform the testing. 3. Develop the following o Define the Testing Strategy o Testing Plans o Platform Qualification Plans and Reports o Risk Assessment o Testing Reports o Traceability Matrix 4. Arrange the Hardware and software requirement for the Test Setup. 5. Ensure content and structure of all Testing documents / artifacts is documented and maintained. 6. Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the organization. 7. Review/ Approve the Test Cases documents. 8. Keep track of the new requirements / change in requirements of the Project. 9. Escalate the issues about project requirements (Software, Hardware, Resources) to Project Manager. 10. Act as the single point of contact between Development and Testers. 11. Track and prepare the report of testing activities like test testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines etc. 12. Review various reports prepared by Testers. 13. Ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones. *Skills/Knowledge Required:* *• B.A. or B.S. degree Project management* *• Formal training in pharmaceutical regulatory requirements. * *• Familiarity with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11 and HIPAA requirements.* *• Proficient in Parasoft and/ or HP Testing Tools* *• Proficient with Automation Testing* • Proficient in system life cycle methodologies/phases and governing IT-processes. • Advanced knowledge of all IT process interactions. • Advanced knowledge of information technology areas and IT service principles. • Ability to manage relationships with internal/external teams within the IT organization.
