*Applications Systems Analyst / Programmer Specialist*
*Description *
This position will be responsible for designing and developing web-based
applications in .net using Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 (C# .NET, MVC 5.0,
Telerik Kendo controls, ASP.NET, ADO.net, AJAX, Bootstrap and jQuery).
These business applications support all aspects of INDOT operations. The
systems range in purpose from supporting early stage planning for
construction projects to systems that support snowplow operations. This
person will lead design and development of one or more of these systems.
The person must have the ability to act as a technical lead on projects and
provide guidance to beginner level developers. A successful candidate must
have a thorough understanding of object-oriented concepts and a record of
applying that knowledge.
*Required Knowledge *
· Advanced knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis/Object Oriented
Design methodologies in multi-layer architecture.
· Advanced knowledge using Repository Pattern Design
· Advanced knowledge working with Visual Studio.net 2015
technologies (C#.net, MVC 5.0, Telerik Kendo controls, ASP.net, ADO.net,
AJAX )
· Advanced knowledge on MVC5, LINQ and Entity Framework using
Oracle Managed provider
· Advanced knowledge in designing and developing MVC views, partial
views, controllers, layouts, model objects, Microsoft identity security
objects, dynamic routing, and MVC advanced features.
· Advanced knowledge on Performance tuning and Debugging concepts
using Visual Studio.
· Advanced knowledge in responsive design using HTML, CSS3 and
Bootstrap technologies.
· Advanced knowledge in Java Script and jQuery.
· Advanced knowledge with designing and developing professional
user interfaces
· Advanced knowledge using JSON data thru AJAX
· Advanced knowledge in Web API / REST using Microsoft .net
technologies.
· Advanced knowledge in Oracle SQL, Views, Stored
Packages/Procedures and Triggers
*Preferred Knowledge *
· Working knowledge in deploying and configuring a Web site in IIS
(IIS 6, IIS 7).
· Hands-on expertise on domain modeling using UML.
· Working knowledge with Oracle Managed Object and ADO.net Provider
objects.
· Working knowledge in mobile application development using the
cross platform technologies and phonegap API and SQL lite database.
· Working knowledge in Oracle PL/SQL programming
· Working knowledge in Crystal reports
