•   Strong Tech Lead / PM with SDLC experience

•   Heavy IT Operations and Service Management Exp.

•   Very Process Focused in Operations and Support

•   Experience leading teams on and offshore

•   Experience presenting at meetings to Senior Managers

•   Experience with Service Now a Plus, Upgrade exp. a big plus

•   Marlborough work location with occasional work in Boston as necessary

•   10 plus years of combined experience on IT Service delivery, project
management, operations and service management

•  Must have demonstrated experience on ITIL processes – incident
management, change management, CMDB and service catalog

•  1-2 years of experience on Software development life cycle (SDLC) tools
and agile methodology

•  Experience working on ITSM software applications

•  Experience on ServiceNow platform is a plus

•  Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal
communication    skills, and ability to articulate solution



*Job Summary:*

This individual will be responsible for developing and driving adoption of
IT for IT service delivery processes including ITIL, Request fulfillment,
CMDB, Asset management , Knowledge management, Cloud provisioning and more
in ServiceNow. In this role, the individual will assists in reviewing
requirements, planning project, developing roadmap, managing work
priorities and providing technical direction.

*Job Responsibilities:    *

•  Define and lead the ITSM process development and roadmap

•  Define, document and deliver new IT service management process,
procedures and related work instructions

•   Work with IT process owners and engineers to understand the
requirements for proposed new services and changes

•   Communicate new services, process changes, roadmap and project status
to IT department

•    Develop project plan, communicate status and prioritize work

•    Lead onshore and offshore ServiceNow development team
