*Duration : *6 months extendable Contract. *Interview : *Phone or Skype Visa: GC or USC *Roles & Responsibilities:* - Be a participating member of Agile (Scrum) development process. - Supporting scrum master with stand-up information regarding the off-shore team. - Partner with IT Tech Leads or Product owner to feed information into off-shore team. - Convert User stories into technical designs and/or address this with the off-shore team. - Estimate the story-points / velocity of off-shore team. - Steering and leading the off-shore team. - Control proper process compliancy, QA Gateways (e.g. code-reviews, tests) of off-shore deliverables. - Reviewing and estimating Epics, User Stories, Issues. - Deliver proposals on technology implementation details for Java Spring Boot, or other Java application (e.g. legacy change requests). - Assist in review of candidate resumes and interviewing for off-shore positions. - Assist in on-boarding of off-shore resources. *Skills required for On-site Java Leads :* - Senior Java developer, minimum of 10 years of enterprise level experience, Spring or other JEE components - Able to define and estimate working packages out of a bigger scope.
