Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Install, configure, and administration of Cognos 10.2.1 BI environment • Analyze all aspects of the existing infrastructure and recommends modifications that will enhance system reliability, availability, serviceability and scalability • Resolve any performance issues for accessing over WAN for global users • Ensure the Cognos BI environments are fully compliant with IBM licensing, internal security policies and internal controls • Work with teammates, clients and other teams to identify and address systems problems • Evaluate new developments and recommend infrastructure modifications • Assist in defining standards, guidelines, best practices and metrics • Handling performance tuning of Cognos Queries • Managing performance monitoring of Cognos • Assist in migration of Cognos solutions for consolidation efforts • Assist in implementation of standards, processes, and procedures related to application infrastructure setup, administration, security, clustering, upgrade management, monitoring, capacity planning, fail-over, and disaster recovery, etc. Thanks & Regards, Sony Singh E-Solutions Inc 2 N.
