*Business Analyst* *Location: Raleigh, NC*. Duration: 6-12 months. This is a mid-senior level position. Please, let me know if you have suitable consultants for this position. *Responsibilities* include but are not limited to the following: · Responsible for operation and maintenance of an Automated Routing and Permitting System (third party permitting system); · Troubleshoot issues with a third party permitting software running on a PC with web components; · Run needed ad-hoc queries against an Oracle database built by a third party vendor; · Communicate with the clients regarding issues and needed changes; · Communicate with the vendor regarding necessary changes for the customer; · Provide limited support for new processes during implementation; · Consult with clients to prototype, refine, test, and debug applications and processes to meet needs; · Provide quality control for deliverables. *Requirements:* · Experience as a Business Analyst (5+ years); · Experience with enterprise level development programs; · Experience in troubleshooting software; · Experience with Oracle database ad-hoc Query; · Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project); · Experience in evaluating business processes and re-engineering.
