Title: SAP OTC Consultant (Subject Matter Expert) *Location: Redmond, WA*
*Duration: 10 Months plus* *Must have experience and skills:* · At least 10 years of information technology experience, out of which at least 3 years must be as a SAP functional analyst in customer facing roles · Subject Matter Expert in SAP Order-To-Cash Business functionality for any industry with 5 years of functional experience · Will act as a single point of contact for SAP Order-To-Cash work in a business team · Should have deep experience to be able to guide and mentor non-SAP team members with pros and cons of design choices · Should have experience with integrations to other systems (IDOCs, EDI etc.,) · Enough ABAP and SAP technical experience to guide technical teams and to do proto-typing · Business Process Management Experience: Ability to understand and document AS-IS Business Processes · Ability to propose more effective and efficient To-Be Business Processes · Should be excellent in business communications, White boarding, PowerPoints, Word documents and Visio diagrams · Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written) · Ability to work with Client employees at various levels (below or above their skill levels) · Should know how to work in a collaborative mode across global groups · Should be self-managed and self-driven (Juniors will not survive) *Nice to have:* · Business or MBA degree · Certification from SAP as a Functional consultant · Domain experience in Service and/or Operations organizations · Experience with industry standard frameworks such as TOGAF, Rummler Brache *Looking forward to hear from you soon.* *Thanks & Regards* *Ash* Oslo Solutions LLC.
