*.Net (C#) DeveloperPontiac, MI12+ Months ContractStart: ASAP* *Face to face required for final round* *!!!MUST HAVE ERP EXPERIENCE!!!* *Describe Day to Day Work* •Participates in the translation of business requirements into technology/ systems requirements. •Participates in the development of technology solutions which implement standards and performance requirements to maximize reliability, functionality, and integrity while minimizing costs and cycle time. •Develops and maintain required documentation. •Participates in the development of technology solutions which meet security requirements. •Develops a strong working knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to select appropriate technologies to meet business partner requirements. •Participates in technology/systems integration and acceptance testing. •Communicates with all areas to ensure a smooth efficient process. •Assists in transfer of business and technology knowledge. •Interacts with vendors and other business partners on problem determination and resolution. •Initiates interaction with business partners to research and identify alternatives which will provide cost savings and/or increased operating efficiencies. •Provides consulting services to other areas as required. *Education and Experience Required:*•5-7 Years in Computer / Software Development and/or application maintenance role •Associates Degree in Computer Science •Four Year College Degree in Computer Science - highly preferred *Technical Skills Required (e.g. software applications, certifications, licenses, etc.)* • Microsoft GP and ISV applications reside around the "outside" of our ERP. Applications are linked through Microsoft GP/Dynamics ERP via either custom integration or with middleware (eConnect) for transactions (POP, SOP, Inventory transactions). Applications have been built to effect transaction accuracy and efficiency. Individual should have good skills, but not a master related to business process, thinking about process efficiency, etc. •Hands-on, architectural, testing and release management skills in C# (with some VB) programming shop with Visual studio. ASP.NET is key for existing web applications. Key languages and technologies include C#, Javascript/JScript, JQuery, MVC, Master Pages, HTML and CSS, Linq, T-SQL (SQL Server 2008/2012) using views, functions, stored procedures.
