SharePoint Architect (Developer) in the Indianapolis, IN Indianapolis, IN 12 Months Contract Phone Hire SharePoint 2013 is required This is someone who has done custom development on SharePoint (CODED development) • Must have architected a coded SharePoint solution, ie. Solutions that used Visual Studio solutions in them (C#/.NET background) • Must have coded custom webparts in older versions of SharePoint. Custom webparts are no longer allowed in the cloud. Apps are used now (SP2013) • Must be able to explain the differences between SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint 2013. This person understands what a SharePoint Admin does… interacts with Farm Administrators. Some of the tasks they do overlap. • Understands servers, load, code on a page • Must understand cloud and connectivity issues… impact that developed solution has on them • Must understand the impact a webpart has on a page (like time it takes to load), • Must understand WHY you need to have site collections.
